I’d like to preface by saying that I am not the type of person who typically writes negative reviews for business, but Better Vision has made an exception. I have attached screenshots of my text conversations with Better Vision- the lack of professionalism speaks for itself. Here is some context: Similar to the other negative reviews, I purchased a Groupon voucher for the “Express Interior and Exterior Detailing Christmas Special” as a gift for my boyfriend. I scheduled a 9:30am appointment and dropped the car off the night before. Nine minutes after my scheduled appointment, they texted me and said they were understaffed and overbooked and wouldn’t be able to get to the vehicle. This was the first red flag, but after speaking with a man on the phone who seemed to be overwhelmed, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and offered to leave the car, so they could get to it within the coming days. Two days later, I received a text stating that the vehicle was a bit "excessive" (see attached photos) and there will be a $75 upcharge because it was “abnormally dirty” with pet hair. I purchased a Groupon for an interior and exterior car detailing service. When I arrived, I was asked multiple times if I wanted add-on services like wax or stain removal. I clearly declined every time and stated that I did not want any additional services. While my car was being cleaned, I waited in the small waiting area. The staff member again came to me saying there were small stains and offered to remove them for an extra $30. I declined again and clearly said I did not want the add-on. To avoid any confusion, I even went back shortly after and reiterated that I did not want any extra services, and he said “okay.” However, when the service was finished, I was charged the additional $30 anyway. When I questioned why I was being charged for something I explicitly declined, the staff member became very aggressive and started yelling. He even threatened to call the police, which I was fine with since I knew I had not agreed to any add-on. Despite staying calm, he continued yelling, accused me of being dishonest, and eventually told me to just leave. The experience was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I literally have attempted to have my car detailed on two separate occasions but it was NEVER to my standards 😫 until I can across a Groupon for Better Vision Detail 🤩!! Upon pickup I was absolutely satisfied 😌.. It was the best detail service that I have had and I because of that I will return without the Groupon. This service was completed in less than 3 hours ⏳️ for the full interior and the trunk 🚗. Amazing results👏🏾👏🏾 and the guy who helped me was very courteous and even expressed that I could come back for touch ups without having to use Groupon. This is a service I will continue to use. ***BONUS*** It's within walkinh distance of my house!!!

Please save your money and go elsewhere. I arrived and they stated it’ll be $55.00 because of dog hair. I agreed and dropped off my car for a later pickup. I didn’t ask for a full shampoo of the seats, but I expected the seats to be wiped down at least. There was still visible dirt and dog hair that could have been vacuumed or wiped up in various areas. See pictures below, I should have further inspected the car before leaving the lot. The tail and back window of my car was not wiped at all, I did immediately noticed and asked the gentleman to wipe it down. After paying and receiving my keys, my car battery died. It did not turn on. I asked the gentleman did he leave my keys in the ignition while cleaning my car, since there was a language barrier, he did not understand me. Frustrated and inconvenience to say the least being my car battery health is fairly new. Please go elsewhere if you want quality work done.

I would not recommend nor would I ever go to them again. I won’t even get into the frustrating communication issues before, during, and after my appointment when the work itself was so bad and really the most important part. I wanted my car detailed specifically to have my seats cleaned (they merely had gotten dirty from having a dog, no serious stains) and I even called this out to them when I dropped it off. They look completely untouched, if not worse than before. The basic cleaning of the inside of the vehicle was sloppy (small smudges that are easy to clean are still there which makes me feel like they were completely careless) and when they finally called me to come pick the car up, my seats were SOAKING wet. I had to leave the windows open for several hours to try to dry them and prevent mold. These photos are of the car AFTER it was cleaned…(it’s a 2011 rav4 for context). The company also keeps replying with different excuses refusing to take accountability and deleting/reposting, but you can see from their replies how terrible the customer service/attitude is.
